Pre-Litigation Case Manager Stephanie is one of four pre-litigation case managers for Rinehardt Injury Attorneys. She is the first person our clients will talk to when they contact us. Stephanie’s responsibilities include client services, insurance contact, and coordination of benefits. Prior to joining the team at Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, Stephanie was the office administrator at her church. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at church.

Her responsibilities include document management, client communication, and pre-litigation support. Carrie brings a wealth of experience to the team, having worked as an office administrator at Pepsi for fourteen years. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. When she can sneak in the time, Carrie loves to read a good book.
Litigation Case Manager Barbara is one of two litigation case managers for Rinehardt Injury Attorneys. Her responsibilities include managing the discovery process and making sure our documents are organized and ready when it’s time for trial. Barbara has more than 20 years of professional experience working for law firms. Barbara is an animal lover and enjoys spending time with her family.
Firm Administrator
Patti is the firm administrator for Rinehardt Injury Attorneys. Her responsibilities include managing legal and nonlegal matters, supervising, financial management, and client services. She is also the liaison between firm leadership and other staff. Patti has more than 25 years of professional experience in managing law firms. Outside of work, Patti enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren.
