Walking in to meet John at our initial appointment, I found myself in a situation I had never been in before. There was a lot of anxiety and even trepidation on my part. However, when I left the office that day, I felt as though I had been heard-and validated-in my feelings about the necessity of pursuing legal action. John listened to my story, responded to questions with patience, and took time to explain anything that needed to be clarified. That day I knew I would be represented well, and with integrity.
In every interaction and communication, I found that Rinehardt Injury Attorneys as a whole carried the same kindness, patience, and care that John had exhibited from that first appointment. At times, walking through the process seemed overwhelming on top of what I was enduring physically. Every person from the firm who contacted me for any reason was so helpful and encouraging. I can’t say enough about this group of people and their commitment to their clients.
There was never a doubt in my mind whether John Rinehardt was looking out for my best interests. Not once. With every conversation, I knew he was trustworthy. He never tried to put words in my mouth. I saw how honorably he conducted himself in the face of the less-than-honorable conduct of others in the mediation process. His excellence and integrity was clear the entire time he represented me. He genuinely expressed many times that he wanted my husband and me to be completely comfortable with any decision that was made. He communicated with transparency and sound advice. It was obvious, John was not “just” our attorney. John Rinehardt became our friend.
Our sincere thanks, John. You have been a true blessing to us. May you be blessed as well!
